It’s truly amazing how many roads their are . If your walking with God , then all the roads will lead you home ..
If your not , remember ever road has a dead end & there is never a wrong time for a U – Turn …
As we travel the roads today , we will accomplish 750 miles .. Which in these miles there will be a clock ticking , always reminding me ” WHAT AM I DOING FOR MY LORD JESUS ”
Today we shared breakfast with our Ranch Care Taker – I can not tell you how dear this man is to our family . How we are so blessed by God to have a man willing to do what he does .
Backing up a few years ago – Six to be exact … We had met through a mutual friend that we had common interest in Horses – at that time he was looking for more horses to Shoe , we were also in need of a farrier – awe was a perfect Divine meeting that God would ordain.
After 2 years of this , he grew closer & closer to our family & started to help us with many Ranch needed items – moving livestock , training , water , we eventually were left in a very desperate situation … He became the answer to our prayers & came on board as the ” Ranch Manager ”
He took on responsibilities of all feed , horses,dogs,cattle,chickens, goats, rabbits .. Yes we were blessed !!
So today we chatted about God after last nights supper which he came over to see us off .
My dear sweet ( new ) sister friend Mrs McCoy , called him out on his faith .. She asked – are you a Christian ? He answered I believe – she continued & press the difference in beliefs & she wanted to know his heart & where he stands – he shared – I was brought up catholic , I have been to many churches , I believe in Jesus , when I die – I am dead in the ground ..
We excitedly all joined in ” no no no !!! You will Go to heaven !! You shall be called His ! You will receive eternal life –
He was a bit confused – he knows of heaven – he understands this – yet thinks he will be in the ground – not forgiven … Really – how is it that someone can attend any place of worship & faith & believe in Jesus & not know ?
I had to take a breath & then move forward very slowly – as he received Jesus in his heart & he needed to truly understand that even at 60 , Our father has great plans for him ! That he is saved & he is forgiven !
So today at breakfast , we talked a little further about salvation & the mighty works of God !!
It set my heart in motion to seek my own thoughts –
We get so busy , going through daily habits – we get so busy seeking to do for others – maybe forgetting Gods call – or yes yes yes we are doing Gods call !! Serving others , meeting needs , feeding , loving , caring !
Here I am – seeking always to learn & know , to run the race for Him – to be able to live knowing that I met the call of my Heavenly Father !
After words we would close , pray & be about our journey – back in the road to heaven .. We have been off the road 4 months –
The children all have deep sorrow about leaving , they all yearn to be home .. To care for their horses & other furry friends –
So the ride has been a bit ”
Under attack ” because Satan wants us to live in regret , sorrow , pain , frustrated …
So today we found scriptures about following God ..
We found all the mighty worriers of The Lord , we’re sometimes over come with fear , doubt , depression ,
I truly believe that this is what helps us to need God & to dig deeper into scriptures so that we can be the worriers for God !
